At the end of August we supplied and setup a couple of line array PA systems for the Gloucester Tall Ships Festival.
The event management team needed to be able to make public information and safety announcements throughout the site - which spans different dock areas and can attract up to 10,000 visitors during the course of the event.
To provide full coverage of the site, four hangs of line array were positioned around the site, using a combination of EAW KF730 and KF740 line array cabinets. Lab Gruppen amplification and EAW UX8800 processing supplied the necessary power and control. Rigging was a combination of our Litec D30 flying towers and Mobiltech ground support stands.
